Jamie McLennan Jamie McLennan is a former National Hockey League goaltender. McLennan was drafted by the New York Islanders in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft but didn't make his NHL debut until the 1993-1994 season with the Islanders. Throughout his career, McLennan also played for the St. Louis Blues, Minnesota Wild, Calgary Flames, New York Rangers, and Florida Panthers. While primarily serving as a backup goaltender, McLennan earned a reputation for his professionalism, work ethic, and ability to provide stability when called upon. After retiring as a player, McLennan transitioned into a career in broadcasting and analysis. He has worked as a hockey analyst for various networks, providing insights into goaltending and the game as a whole. McLennan's experience as a player and his keen understanding of the game have made him a respected voice in the hockey community.
